The Moor's Last Sigh by Salman Rushdie
3.0
I don’t think the book knows what it is: the narration of the family history is interesting but could be more fully realized, and the final dramas of the account are unsatisfying and disjointed. Rushdie is able to scatter references at whim but rarely do they land with any real substance. Disappointing, but the audio narration was well-pitched.
