scene: me, with covid, trapped in my bedroom at my parent’s house with all of my favorite hobbies and books back in san francisco; this book that i was assigned for a class my freshman year of college and never read peering at me from my headboard; we engage on an emotional three day journey together; i feel touched and a little enlightened but not in a revolutionary way just in the way that it’s always good to be reminded to try and be present; with a new fear of getting stuck in a time loop
