I will always find it fascinating how the Japanese get around censorship. Tentacles, plant appendages, etc. I truly do believe it would be better if Americans had more outlets like this sort of manga being more widely accepted, maid/butler cafes… people would be much better off mentally & socially wise (but I digress).
My friend lent me this and I have no idea what I was getting into. I briefly glanced through it and wasn’t initially sure I loved the style and the consistent chibi-izing of the characters.
BUT once I got to the meat and potatoes of the story (literally & figuratively) I finally understood.
There’s something about gods/humans & demon/human relationships that I just love. Maybe it’s the forbidden romance part of it or how demons do the deed that I find so intriguing.
Favorite Part : Points to whole book
