Following on from Twisted Love with Ava & Alex, we have the 2nd instalment in the Twisted series which focuses on Ava's best friend Bridget and her developing relationship with her bodyguard, Rhys.
I really liked Bridget as a character, she was fully developed and I was rooting for her throughout the story. I was really interested in the plot development regarding the monarchy, in addition to the romance.
I actually preferred this book to Twisted Love, I just favoured these main characters and their relationship dynamic. I loved them together, especially the grumpy x sunshine trope. The spice was really hot, and the forbidden aspect definitely escalated it.
I'm looking forward to continuing on this series with book #3 Twisted Hate, and at the time of writing this review, these books are available on Kindle Unlimited if you want to give them a try.
