Rule of Three by Sam Ripley

4.0

"Fear has been my lifelong companion, the friend I didn’t want but who never took the hint."

3.75 rounded up. ⭐ Three women, three connected stories all trying to solve their death before it happens. It may be too late for some, but each story takes on the knowledge of the previous death and gets closer to the truth.

The rule of three had a strong start, lost me in the middle, and won me back at the end. It's a dark book as is the nature of being surrounded by so much death, but I enjoyed trying to solve the mystery alongside our fmcs. The ending took me by surprise and I always love a sneaky twist.
