4.5
This volume is mostly about a gang war and the shared history between the characters involved. Takemichi is determined to change the past through becoming a leader in Toman. It’s great reading and you’re deep into the series. I’m loving it. I’ve rated this volume at 4.5 simply because I’m loving it but it’s a make or break volume for surely everyone.
Graphic: Body shaming, Bullying, Confinement, Death, Gore, Gun violence, Mental illness, Torture, Toxic relationship, Violence, Blood, Grief, Stalking, Murder, Gaslighting, Toxic friendship, Alcohol, War, Injury/Injury detail, and Classism
There’s a lot of violence, trauma and mental illness derived from gang activities depicted in this volume. This omnibus volume is probably where you will decide whether you want to continue with this series or not. I’m loving it.
