I really disliked Hidden Pictures when I read it last year, but I wanted to give this author another shot solely because I liked this cover. Unfortunately…this book was NOT it. The plot was boring, the twists were either predictable or just dumb, and the characters were the worst.

Also…does this author just hate women? Especially after the problematic things that happened in Hidden Pictures, there were several moments in this book that really gave me the ick. He would just casually throw out degrading comments or observations that were 100% not essential to the plot or scene.
