This is a reread for me and, big surprise, I loved it just as much as I did the first time. I'm working my way through this series before the eighth one (hopefully) comes out next year. Jasper Fforde is simultaneously one of the best and most frustrating authors of all time. (Don't come at me with George R.R. Martin; I get it). Either way, though, it's so fun to dive into this journey a second time. It's been over a decade since I read it the first time, and I honestly didn't realize how much I had forgotten. I'm so looking forward to continuing with these throughout 2023!
