This would be a great book table book @ Caysie Ashton

I liked this one! Had some good honest moments about mental suffering, he wasn’t afraid to say the things that are hard to hear if you’re struggling. But his writing was gentle as he was honest. So I would recommend, both for those suffering & for those caring for sufferers.
