Yes, I did the silly mistake of watching the movie before the book, though it didn't actually affect my enjoyment in the reading BUT IT JUST MADE ME SO PISSED OFF OF THE MOVIE!!
I mean.. The single most important detail EVER is not mentioned on the book, regardless of course of a lot of other events, people even that are ignored in the movie.
Anyway, The book was a thriller, it was very interesting to read and I love it!
