I wasn’t really invested in this and that’s weird because it’s a novella lol maybe if I read it instead of listened to it on audio I would have enjoyed it better? If I ever give this another go I’ll do so with print. The ending felt rushed too. It was so slow moving for like 90% of it, just Toadling retelling her memories and whatnot and then BAM sleeping beauty wakes up and all hell breaks loose 🤷‍♀️
