I really wanted this book to be perfect because I so loved the first but this one fell a little short. Not that it wasn’t great, it was. Just not as great as the first, that infamous second book syndrome kicking into effect with this one for me. It continued the storyline from the first really well but at a certain point it just seemed like it was getting too convoluted and it started losing me a bit. The ending was perfect though, I can find zero fault with that and I am really looking forward to the third and final book!
