I sped through this. Events unfold very quickly at times I felt there wasn't much time to build up the tension. Resolution came hot on the heels of the problem and emotions are explored in the aftermath of the event, not while the characters are in it. Not entirely sure how I feel about it; certainly entertaining, parts of it are very beautifully written, but the sum of the parts don't equal the whole for me.
