2.5

2.5 I listened to this as an audiobook!

I thought the idea for this book was really cute! I loved how determined they were to fight for their siblings and their family. I think the idea for this book is super unique and is why it caught my attention.
However, for me, it fell a little flat. I thought that we went 0-100 with going from I can’t stand you to confessing their undying love for one another in like two months. Insta love is not for me, especially when it’s single pov and I don’t know the other MC’s inner thoughts lol. I also felt like they had no chemistry! I thought the scene where he punches the wall was unnecessary and in poor taste honestly. I would have loved to have had a bigger character development and for it have been dual pov. By the end, I felt like I knew nothing about warren except for his childhood trauma. I would have loved to have gotten inside his head and see the world and his situation from his pov.
