Did The House in the Cerulean Sea need a sequel? No. Did I end up absolutely loving this and can’t imagine a world where this book doesn’t exist? You bet.

MY HEART IS JUST SO FULL!!! I love these characters and this world so much. I plan on doing a re-read very soon so I can annotated the crap out of it, so I’ll update this review at a later time with my more details thoughts. I just loved everything about this.
