Another stunning novel by Peter James. Hats off to the author for even attempting to write about such a sensitive subject as stranger rape. Although this novel is gruesome with it's descriptions, I think it is only realistic to the horror of rape and is not excessive or classless. It took a while to get my head around the jumps between "1997/98" and "NOW" and all the different characters, but once it really got going it was difficult to put down. And a twist ending which I won't give away was awesome to see!
