The Dead Romantics by Ashley Poston
5.0
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Ashley Poston has created one of my favorite quirky heroines of the year with Florence Day, a ghostwriter whose family runs a funeral parlor in a small southern town. I really loved her unique ability to communicate with ghosts to assist them with unfinished business. I really love settings and families that break the mold, and the Day family was so darn cool. While the developed romance between Florence and one of her ghosts was a bit predictable, I still enjoyed every witty exchange and was completely invested in the outcome of the story.
