I really liked this book. I really like all their books. For clear reasons I kept picturing Chip and Joanna Gaines as the lesser main characters, and there was a moment in the book where fake Joanna Gaines mentioned real Joanna Gaines, and that threw me for a bit. Kind of like in Fangirl when they mention Harry Potter when clearly the fandom was fake Harry Potter so you assume real HP doesn't exist in that world, you know?

Anyway, it was a nice distraction from how our democracy is going to shit while our president brags about passing a dementia test while the rest of the country contracts a pandemic while a bunch of assholes refuse to wear masks because of "liberty" or some shit. And it also made me want to go to Wyoming.
