The style of writing with the stories being about YOU and setting up scenario like “you know you’re great at this” become very annoying after a while.

An actual story may have been better.

The philosophy part was interesting but it’s very basic and simplistic. But still good for a high school or basic introduction to find which philosophy one would like to explore in more depth
