Glitter Gets Everywhere by Yvette Clark
4.0
This is a beautiful middle grade read to deal with loss, family love, and the quirky transatlantic move between NYC and London. “Grief glitter” is one of the most beautiful comparisons and ideas I have ever heard of.
While I know colors were important to the protagonist, the consistent palette descriptions sometimes detracted from the moment. However, there were definitely two moments of crying with strong emotion from this book! I highly recommend this story. Thank you Edelweiss+ for the ARC.
