What a roller coaster of emotions thus book has. It was hard going at times with dark themes but the brightness at the end was just perfect. I loved both MC's. Not many steamy scenes but strangely I didn't mind in this book. The time periods fitted my age so everything made sense to me with the music, the school life and Debenham's cafe!!!
