Jaiden and Locke… what can I say. These two are so cute! I seem to be on a trend of reading reincarnation love stories, and Hywell certainly meets expectations. This book is longer than I usually read - being at ~500 pages - but it didn’t feel like it dragged at all. I enjoyed every minute, and liked how the relationship didn’t feel rushed. Locke was at Jaiden’s side, but there was no forcefulness to that relationship. It showed a dedication that he could accept only being friends if that is what Jaiden wanted.

I don’t want to spoil too much, but I think this book does well in avoiding some of the more common omegaverse tropes if that is something people usually wanting to avoid. This also has telepathy if you like that trope in your books!

Seriously, I highly recommend for a sweet read, a little angst, and lots of love. Plus, there’s even a cute baby at the end!
