There were some good tips in here but in general, the book was too dark and depressing. I get that it's about loss, but those of us reading it are looking for hope, not more depression. The main takeaway was that grief is a healthy emotion--you don't need to find closure in order to be happy. Keep thoughts and memories of loved ones alive rather than suppressing them. Those people were a part of you and always should be.
