This was my first cowboy romance so I went into it a little uncertain. But oh how I loved this book. It has everything I love. Angst, oh the angst!!! Unrequited love. Marriage of convenience. Characters who felt unworthy of love. Terrible parents. Y’all. This was all of the catnip. My only tiny complaint: the end was a little more fast paced than I would have liked BUT I loved it regardless. I can not wait to read book two!!
