A deep dive into studies around human behavior and what that means. Very interesting to me but I can imagine not so for others so keep that in mind when you see my 5 ⭐️ review. Listened to the audio and did so in short segments since it is packed with info despite it being a rather short (5h) audio book. Honestly wish I came across this book when my kids were younger! Certainly it’s applicable to all adults too!
