Minor Works of Meda by Juliette Caruso

5.0

Don’t sleep on indie authors, Minor Works of Meda is one of my newest favorite books. I love the cozy fantasy adventure and the cast of characters.

The story starts off with a bang. The magical ward that keeps the human world safe from faeries has started to fall after hundreds of years of protection. Meda, an aspiring witch, sets off to find out what has happened and hopefully save the land.

Along the way she meets up with a prince, fights a sea serpent, parties with the locals, and runs away from pirates.

There’s adventure, friendship, romance. I loved it from start to finish.

I was given an advanced copy for review, all thoughts are entirely my own. Thank you Juliette Caruso and Book of Matches Media for the opportunity.
