Al principio, quería continuar leyéndolo por esa premisa de Black Mirror donde una pareja busca reconectar su actividad sexual de un app que se sale de control y sólo ocurre lo inesperado. Más adelante, me dejó de interesar hacia dónde iba la historia.

Por ocasiones, la longitud del libro se siente forzada con capítulos para rellenar que si los quitas, la historia no pierde ni un poco su hilo principal. Mientras que también, debido a ello, se vuelve predecible hasta cierto punto.

No le quito mérito a la creatividad del autor formando una trama alrededor de un juego que mucho hemos jugado (reto o verdad). Aunque también admito que mis expectativas estaban bien altas debido a lo que había leído anteriormente de él.

At first, I wanted to continue reading it because of that Black Mirror premise where a couple tries to reconnect their sexual activity from an app that goes out of control and only the unexpected happens. Later on, I lost interest in where the story was going.

At times, the length of the book feels forced with chapters to fill in that if you remove them, the story doesn't lose its main thread one bit. While also, because of that, it becomes predictable to a certain extent.

I don't take away from the author's creativity in forming a plot around a game that many of us have played (truth or dare). Although I also admit that my expectations were quite high due to what I had previously read from him.
