Going Postal by Terry Pratchett

4.0

This felt a little like a grown-up Wingfeather Saga (or, more properly, maybe the Wingfeather books are Pratchett for kids). I really appreciated how I could read book 33 of a series without needing any background info, and I found this hilarious and actually quite thoughtful in its political and philosophical moments. Neat worldbuilding and a hero I really liked (too bad about his name). Definitely recommended to adults/older teens who like Andrew Peterson, Diana Wynne Jones, or Patricia Wrede.
