Wicked All Night by Jeaniene Frost
3.0
Just finished it and I was disappointed. The end felt rushed and they're was no epilogue...
From the start, I didn't like how suddenly Ian was in a coma. Also, there was so much things going on (and I didn't like the plot that much it) that we almost didn't have any interactions between Veritas and Ian.
Ian is one of the best character of the series and I loved how he stayed himself despite everything but I hoped Veritas would be more by now. I felt like she was written almost like all the human characters when she should have been written with so much more personality since she is as old as Mancheres. I understand she was conditioned to fear a part of herself but after the last book I would have like to see her grow a lot more. I'm only 35 and I think I'm more confident than her.
