“He’s my person. He’s always been my person. My best friend, my confidant, probably the love of my life. And I’ve spent the last eleven years being angry and self-righteous. But at the end of the day, he tore a hole in us, and fate ripped it wide open.”
This book was pure heaven! I loved Macy & Elliott; they were perfect in every way, for each other. This was such a lovely, lovely story on second chances, re-discovering, overcoming the past and an all-consuming love.
Everyone MUST read this book. I promise you will not regret it.
There was one part I could have done without, I thought it a little “high school-ish” for their ages and the maturity level they presented. Hence the ½ star drop.
