I have seen both negative and positive reviews. I agree that the MC is not likeable. He is, as many have stated, a man child. Stuck on how life has not been fair, unable to move beyond his self emposed boundaries. But that is why I found this book so authenti . The MC is a flawed character, but a good representation of many people I have met in real life. Focusing on all his misfortunes, not willing to take take ownership of his own life.

As a side note,  Marcellus is fantastic. I loved all his chapter .
