This absolutely did not live up to the hype for me. It was criminally underdeveloped. The book itself kept reminding me how stupid it was that the MC was involved in these games, and I was like I KNOW. The plot felt like a weird collection of loosely connected happenings. There was no cohesion. And the characters were flat and tropey.
