Welp it’s 1 AM and I just finished plowing through this- I enjoyed the first book but I’m not sure what kind of crack was put into this second one to up the anti and douse the entire thing in gasoline angst and animosity- but god damn I was ready to burn with Ness too. Will be rapidly consuming the rest of the series because this is a some CW network level of addiction
