Have I ever read about a more unhinged FMC than Maura? Hmmm... I don't think so. I love, love, loved that scene at the family meeting where she systematically exposed the traitors and played with them.

Also, I was very hopeful with Nicoli. I remember rooting for him during my first read even though I already saw that this is a MFM romance. Ugh, whyyy just why didn't the author add him to her harem? LOL

At this point, I am not fond of Jamie because he's definitely fucked up a few times and he hasn't really groveled enough. Hurting Maura intentionally like that just because he was pissed? Makes me mad af.

I couldn't really feel the connection between Louie and Maura. He was more like a third wheel, a guy on the side, rather than being someone she loves equally.

I already know Dean is not going to be part of the harem but ugh, how I wish he was.

Everything so far has been exciting and when I say I devoured the book on my first read and now, I am 100% not joking.

I recommend this to those who loved Lana from the Mindf*ck series. So far, Maura is the only one who's given me the same vibes as her.
