I loooove books set in fake Hollywood. This book was full of emotion, tension, and yearning and understanding that only the characters know. I enjoyed the mix of Liv's account an the journalism articles and the social media threads. Liv and Ransom were fully meant to be, but their journey certainly wasn't an easy one and I appreciated all of the bumps in the road it took to get them to a happy ending. I also thought the friendships in this book were super sweet and I loved the role that the secondary characters played throughout the story. I thought the fictional television show was so well thought out and developed. I really enjoyed this book and I'm pretty sure I'll read any type of second chance, fake Hollywood, will they-won't they vibe.
