End of the Hour: A Therapist's Memoir by Meghan Riordan Jarvis

5.0

Loved Meghan’s raw honesty about her experience and what she’s gone through. As a mom, it was very relatable in putting others first and then questioning if you’re being a good mom. I was brought to tears when it came to learning about her phone calls as the treatment facility being listened to…so beautiful!

Meghan shares with us exactly what she went through after the death of her mother and what struggles she was living with. When the realization hit that she needed next level care, she sought it and her friends, husband and family supported that. She allows us an inside look into not only what she went through but what treatment looks like and how supportive those in treatment can be.
