Well, long story short, I did like the book, however this book is really slow-paced and I had been reading it for too long. I was almost in the end, but since I had seen the movie before, I already knew the end. 

I truly believe this is a very good story. Very complex and well built and it has very simple vocabulary for those who are still learning German.
