Mostly this book is an entitled boomer spouting cliches and slogans about how you should sacrifice it all to chase your dream regardless of consequences. He occasionally stumbles into a piece of good advice, but that has nothing to do with real insight and more about pure luck. He offers so much advice (some of it direct contradiction to previous advice he's given) at some point he was bound to hit upon something.
