Mammon by Maddison Devlin
Mammon • Belophegor • Beelzebub
….
“I want them to surrender. I want them to cave. I want them to rip apart who they are to make room for me.”
….
I will say this - this is guilty pleasure starting with a big G because the whole time I’ve read this with my mouth opened, wondering what is this. The author mentioned this will be wild and deprived but was my brain ready? No, but I am still rolling. Whatever that says about me.
Mammon, Bel and Gore are three broken halves from the same plate because they fitted perfectly together in the end. What I really loved the most is the dynamic Bel has with Gore, yes I think Mammon was a piece that merged them together and solidified it but Bel’s protectiveness over Gore was my favorite thing.
What out stands in the series for me is the fact that even though no one here seeks redemption or justification for their actions deep down these boys have some form of human in them, even if it’s barely seen but the author pulls on these emotions. Even in that 1%… there’s something pulling on strong there.
If you like some over the top plot, manipulation, toxicity, feminization and degradation in your books - this series might be just for you.
ps. Hi Asi.
….
“See, Gore? You’re so perfect. Why wouldn’t he want you?” // “Because, whether he likes it or not, Mammon is ours.” // “You said we could get a puppy.” // “…but because they're so supremely different, complimenting each other in a way that’s almost unnatural and demented. And I’d be the perfect missing piece of the puzzle.” // “Well, princess, now you have my undivided attention. What are you going to do about it?” // “Can we stay?” // “Because I’d start a war for Gore.” // “And now we’re broken beyond repair too.” // “It’s okay to be done.” …

*I received an advance copy directly from the Author in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts are my own.
