This book made me think, a lot. It crunched my brain a little, in a good way. It also made me cry several times. What a beautiful narrative about personhood and family, belonging and creating a place for yourself!! What a gorgeous, gorgeous book. Becky Chambers again hitting all the things I love in stories with a perfect bullseye. 

If you like stories with autistic-coded main characters, stories about robots/AI learning how to be people, and stories about coming home and finding home and making home, this is a book for you!
