Peaches and vinegar Do Not go together. Just saying.  

Fermented fiddleheads. Kimchi, yes. Garlic, yes. I don't like the carrots in here, I prefer mine shredded with lemon (+zest) and ginger and salt. I feel like most of these recipes could be wildly improved if one would branch out. 

I'm excited to try more of these, though.
