I have to give this book 5 stars. I just couldn’t put it down! Scene after scene kept me engrossed all of the way through. If I didn’t have things I absolutely had to do I’d have read this book through in one sitting.
Holly Black continues the story of Jude Duarte and what the Kingdom of Elfhame looks like with the new, grudgingly appointed, High King, Carden. Excellent story telling with amazing world building and characters you won’t soon forget! I can’t wait to read the next book in this series!
If you like fantasy, if you find Faeries fun or interesting, and if you wanna slip off to the land of the faerie for awhile, then you really should check out this series.
