This book is the definition of a classic basic romance. Which is a GOOD thing. I was going to give this book a 4 but the end kinda fell a bit flatter for me than I had hoped.
I also feel like Oliver holistically didn’t make sense lol.
He was very cliche “perfect guy” but I can’t get over how he thought of her as a kid (with no proper acknowledgement of those thoughts). He thought of her as a c*ckblocker and a nerd the first time they met so it did feel like a lie when he said that’s when he loved her in the epilogue but he kept the letter so that was nice.
Also him mid-sex talking to her at the start of the book..I felt I needed a little more from him to truly believe he was in love with her as much as she is with him.

Minor: Fatphobia
