Well written book. I enjoyed both the background and rise of Grubhub, as well as the cycling metaphors towards the end. Fascinating to read the behind the scenes; Mike was refreshingly candid and self reflective. 

I have a few takeaways to reflect on my own day-to-day, including the difference between quitting and giving up. Giving up is something one does when things get too hard, while quitting is chosen when the goal is no longer attainable or has changed.
