All Systems Red is a quick read featuring a "construct" known as Murderbot. Murderbot just wants to chill and watch his shows, but has to deal with humans.

All Systems Red reads like the pilot episode to a good TV show. While not perfect, it's a great introduction to the characters and the world you may experience. I enjoyed Murderbot's inner dialogue and how his encounters with the humans changed throughout the book.

I'm looking forward to more adventures with the antisocial robot.
