One of these days I'll learn that YA contemporaries aren't quite my thing, but I enjoyed this and it's definitely the best of the YA contemporaries I've read this year, barring Ari and Dante and Clap When You Land.

EDIT 12/14/2021: Adding this as I was sorting my Goodreads shelves to say that I guess I'll stick to the opinion that it's a pretty strong book, if you like YA contemporary, but just a few months later and I entirely forgot I read this book at all, so take my meh reviews of YA contemporaries with a grain of salt.
