It is hard to find the words to describe this epic book. It has everything I love in a wonderful fantasy. The most amazing characters who you’re rooting for all the way. A wonderful world which is built slowly and naturally over the book. Fantastic and spell-binding action scenes. The battle scenes in “Kingdom of Ash” are particularly grand in scale. There is romance and hope. But there is also heartbreak and there were a number of times when I sobbed. I love this book and series. It was my first set of Sarah J Maas books that I read but they are the ones I love the most. They have my heart.
