This is a story on the power of books and reading. It's beautifully written in a magical realism genre, but the story just seemed too long and confucing for me to fully enjoy it. It might be just me, but it didn't click with me. As I was wanting to read some books by Nnedi Okorafor, this saddened me a bit.
