Some of the stories in this collection are remarkably different from the usual formula. They also felt... Shorter and faster paced. Like they got over suddenly and left you wanting more or wondering how long you've been in it. Yet, they do retain the classic Homes - Watson dynamic and were still enjoyable. If only they were longer.
