This short picture book was delightful to read and brings you back to your youth. The mini adventure it takes the character on and back is just right for younger readers. The illustrations were very eye catches, with the few objects really pop in a bright color. It would be useful in the classroom for kindergarten and first grade and following up the next day asking the children if they made any connections to the book at home on a dark night. I really enjoyed reading it.
